II.            YÊU CẦU TUYỂN DỤNG:

Yêu cầu chung:

-         Have bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent

-         Have at least 2 years of experience in the same position

-         Basic English communication (easy writing and easy reading).

-         Pay attention to detail.

-         Be able to self-study, update new technology, coach and train others.

-         Good team player.

-         Able to work under pressure with positive attitude towards the team.

-         Good time management and presentation

-         Well  organized,  good  communication  and  reporting skill

-         Problem solving

-         Take responsibility for own job

-         Patience, creativity

1.      JAVA DEVELOPER (8):

-          2+ years of professional Application Development experience.

-          Experience with Scrum, Agile methodologies and good documentation skills

-          Strong experience in Java J2EE technologies

-          Experience with Spring, Hibernate, MVC Frameworks

-          Experience with several middle-tier components technologies is desired, including JBOSS, Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic

-          Experience using IDE like Eclipse and RAD

-          Experience with Oracle, Teradata

-          Experience in Web Services, SOA, SOAPUI

-          Experience working in a fast-paced, continuous integration environment utilizing GIT and automated build server technologies (Maven/Jenkins/Hudson/Bamboo) is desired

-          User Interface development with HTML, XML, CSS, JS, AJAX

-          Experience with DUnit, Mockito, TDD, BDD.

 

2.      Product Owner/ Agile Bussiness Analyst (3)

-          2+ years or progressive work experience translating business processes into technical projects 

-          3+ years successful software product management

-          You are familiar with applying agile methodologies in software development projects, but are no fundamentalist, and have been successfully working as a product owner in industrial software development

-          Experience in writing business requirements and functional spec for technical projects

-          Negotiation and presentation skills

-          Fluent in English and another foreign languages.

 

3.      Facilitator/ Agile Coach/ Scrum Master (3)

-          5 years of experience Scrum Master / coaching Agile Scrum and or Kanban in large portfolio management engagement

-          Certified in one or more of the following: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSP, CSM, PSPO, PSD

-          2+ years of experience using Agile practices in an enterprise environment

-          Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

-          Familiar with Agile methodology support tools like Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc.

-          Good Interpersonal skills to interact with team members

-          Verifiable experience introducing and leading implementations of Agile values, principles, and practices into an organization.

 

4.      Receptionist (2)

-          Female from 22 TO 27 years old

-          Bachelor’s degree in English/Hospitality

-          02 years of experience in the similar position

-          Telephoning skills/communication skills

-          Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Excel

-          Fluency in speaking, listening, writing of English is the MUST

§  Good in another foreign languages (if can,)

§  Personal Competencies: must be detail oriented, tactful and flexible

§  High customer service attitude; Excellent communication skill; Good appearance, courteous manner and nice voice on the phone.

§  Good looking, pleasant, friendly

§  Solving problem and organization skill.

§  Hard-working, eager to learn and good personality.

§  Able to work from March, 2015

 

5.      Hybrid Developer (16)

-          At least 3 - 5 years of experience as Developer for Web/Mobile Programming

-          Experience in development application or game with any object oriented programming

-           Solid knowledge in object oriented design and design patterns

-          Experience with smart phone application(Using PhoneGap) and Mobile Web development

-           Languages (Angular JS, HTM5, CSS, Javascript)

 

6.      Devops (4)

-          Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies such as EC2, RDS, DynamoDB and S3 (a strong plus

-          Prior experience with Jenkins or Bamboo.

-          Prior experience with Wikis, OpenKM or other document management systems

-          Skills with automation, using scripting and tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef and SaltStack

-          Experience with monitoring systems (e.g. Nagios, Icinga, PandoraFMS and Zabbix)
Ruby, NodeJS or Python development experience

-          A passion for providing excellent service to all internal and external customer

-          Skills with Maven, Gradle, Ant

-          Experience with Java, Groovy

-          Skills with Linux

 

7.      Agile Tester (5)

-          Must have a passion for software testing and work effectively in a demanding collaborative environment

-          Two or more scripting languages (JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Perl, etc.)

-          Dynamic HTML knowledge

-          SQL Server databases and administration

-          Solid windows server administration (i.e. can set up and manage servers)

-          Minimum 1 year in an agile software development environment

-          Minimum 3 years in the software development field

-          BS in a technical discipline.

 

8.      R&D (4)

-          You have strong communication skills

-          You have experience in mobile app development a plus (either Android or iOS, you will be required to discuss software on these platforms)

-          You have experience in web service app development a plus (ServiceMix, Spring Rest, Spray, Play)

-          You have experience in big data app development a plus (hadoop, mongodb, cassandra…)

-          You have experience in Unix/Linux, Windows, Cloud, Amazon Cloud, Google Cloud is a plus

-          You have strong python, java, c/c++, Objective C, Scala, Javascript experience.

 

9.      Mobile & Web UI/UX Designer (5)

-          Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and/or Graphic Design preferred

-          Having at least 2-years of working experience in the same position and having excellent in UX / UE

-          Can communicate with customers in English proficiently

-          Problem solving 

-          Presentation and time management

-          Self – disciplined and team work

-          Flexible and adaptable

-          Customer and product-oriented

-          Logical thinking and pro-active

-          Reliable, commitment and honest

-          Designing user-friendly and professional mobile and web UI/UX

-          Creating page and feature mockups

-          Converting mockups from PSD or any graphic formats to standards compliant HTML/CSS

-          Consulting with design, technical, and marketing staff to plan additional web site development

-          Expending experience with desktop publishing/ imaging applications (Photoshop, PowerPoint, Sketch, Vision, Omnigraffle, Axure and Illustrator) for using in creating graphics optimized for the web.

 

10.Android Developer

-          BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

-          2+ years of software development experience

-          2+ years of Android development

-          Have published at least one original Android app

-          Experience with Android SDK

-          Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

-          Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

-          Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

-          Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

 

              11.      iOS Developer

-          BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

-          2+ years of software development experience

-          2+ years of iOS development

-          Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store

-          A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch

-          Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text

-          Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

-          Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

-          Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
