Steel Structure Technical Engineer

📌 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement, review, and complete steel structure drawings for fabrication and assembly following Japanese standards.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of drawings.

• Coordinate with related departments to solve arising technical issues.

• Report work progress and relevant matters to supervisors.

• Perform other technical tasks assigned by the manager.

🎓 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• College/University graduates in Architecture, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Fresh graduates (especially Gen Z/2K) without experience will be trained from the beginning.

• Preference for candidates with experience in steel structure design following Japanese standards.

• Ability to read and produce technical/shop drawings.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Real4, and related 3D modeling software.

• Basic communication in Japanese or English is an advantage.

• Meticulous, responsible, proactive, and willing to commit long-term.
